Still Renderings
Photo-realistic or artistic styled renderings are created from 3D modeled scenes or object layers composited together to produce a single, color corrected, high-quality digital image. Lighting and model materials / textures can be adjusted to get the exact shot you want.  Factors that impact cost include / not limited to:  Data provided, complexity, new modeling, texture creation, output size and digital or print delivery.

Simulation (still camera)
Photo-realistic renderings that show as-built / existing vs. proposed conditions. Site photos are taken from the final desired locations / perspectives (KOP) - could also be drone photos. The proposed project (3D model) is rendered from the matching perspective / lens and super-imposed into the original site photo.  Factors that impact cost include / not limited to:  Photos provided or need to be taken, model provided or needed, complexity, number of KOPs, output size and digital or print delivery.
Simulation (camera in motion)
Video is taken from a helicopter or drone (must be stabilized). The proposed 3D model / location is rendered from a camera in a 3D scene, matching the exact lens / flight path / elevations of the souce video. The rendered sequence is then super-imposed over the source video to create the final "proposed" simulation. Factors that impact cost include / not limited to:  3D models provided or needed, length in seconds, and final output size.
Artistic & Technical Illustration
Artistic, hand drawn illustration to fit particular styles, as well as detailed technical illustrations and cut-away views. Whatever the perspective or subject matter, we can provide professional illustrations.  Factors that impact cost include / not limited to: Data provided / 3D models provided or needed, and level-of detail (LOD).
Animation
3D models are animated as objects or parts. In some cases, physics are applied to provide realistic animated simulation. The final animation is then rendered to video.  Factors that impact cost include / not limited to: Data provided / 3D models provided, rigged or needs rigging, level-of detail (LOD), special effects, output size.  Common examples of animated objects include vehicles / traffic, pedestrians, wind / vegetation, machinery, medical device, inventions, etc.
Video Production
When you need to tell the story, video is a great way to bring it all together.  We help design a story-board that hits on the subjects you need, while creatively adding in transition, titles, labels, graphics, and music / speech. You are delivered a draft movie based on the approved story-board to make a round of edits as needed to create the final video. Factors that impact cost include / not limited to: content supplied vs what needs to be created, special effects, length, audio and output size.
AR / Augmented Reality - WebAR
We can now deliver your project, scene or product in WebAR! WebAR let's you embed our provided code onto you webpage, creating both a 3D viewer, but also the ability to view in AR. This powerful tool brings hyper-realistic 3D models and scenes directly into the real world around you and can be instantly viewed from your cell phone or tablet. According to a 2018 study, 61% of comsumers would prefer to see products and locations shown in AR so they are able to view in 3D to make a more informed decision.
VR / Oculus Rift Environment
We can deliver your project or scene VR / Oculus Rift + touch control ready. Simple navigation to view your project in VR from your desktop and your Oculus setup.  For projects where it's important for the viewer to "be there", VR offers an amazing experience!  Factors that impact cost include / not limited to:  3D content supplied vs what needs to be created, special effects, custom programming for GUI or functionallity. Please note - you or your client will need to own or have access to an Oculus Rift headset and a PC for this viewing option.
