Working as a sub-consultant for Psomas (San Diego, CA), R3DP will 3D model, provide renderings and fly-through movies of proposed street scape/terrain improvements, building renovations, new construction, etc. R3DP provides realistic 3D visualization services to a growing list of private businesses, cities and government agencies across the United States, and we welcome the addition of Psomas/Kern Co as new clients.

R3DP lands contract to provide business visualization services for Novi, MI based Ultimate Athletic Centers including a detailed 3D model and simulation of both the interior and exterior of their planned 30,00 sq. ft. facility. This will allow the owners to show potential investors their "finished vision" of the business in the form of full color renerings and walk-through simulation, greatly increasing the probability of investment funding. |

R3DP submits proposal to the City of Brighton to provide a 3D model and interactive web simulation for the Principal Shopping District (PSD). The footprint area being considered is over 4 million sq. ft. and includes more that 130 buildings and structures. Stay tuned... |
